You direct commercial haulers and public vehicles to active working faces, monitor incoming loads to prevent unauthorized or hazardous disposal, and ensure environmental compliance with ground-water and soil protection rules. Additionally, you manage site erosion control berms, conduct daily landfill gas system checks, and assist with equipment maintenance. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at facility grounds (zero remote capability).
Qualifications & Benefits: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Requires 2+ years of experience in landfill operations, civil construction, or heavy industrial labor. Ability to work outdoors across all seasonal weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs is required.
